COLLABORATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Our clients' stories

ANGORA HAS HELPED THESE INNOVATORS INTERPRET THE BEST DESIGNS FOR EACH BRAND.

Just like how we marry the right talent with the right makers, we also introduce the right technologies to each brand to expand their vision. In the future, it will be essential for a new brand to think about how it will interact with this planet and make the planet a better more habitable place for us all.

What does this mean in practice? Reducing greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050. It’s a tall order for sure, but brands will be able to do this by creating a whole new product language through new methods.

The only way they can succeed is with collaborations and partnerships with people and organizations who fully understand the climate crisis we are all facing and are dedicated to helping to fix the situation we are all in.

Kate Spade

RTW Product Design & Development Overhaul, Re-Design for Mainline and Outlet, Material and Factory-Base Counter-Sourcing and Design and Development Workflow optimization, Fit Strategy Overhaul, and new Supply Chain vetting and on-boarding aligning Tapestry Co. company goals.
From 2020-2025 Angora acted as the RTW Product Development arm of Kate Spade. In our tenure across three CEOs and shifting internal management and business direction we overhauled RTW operations acting as an in-house at the brand. Counter-sourced materials and factory base, moving supply chain to a more favorable geography while implementing verticality. Product and Supply Chain Strategy through repositioning and recalibration during the Pandemic as well as during tariff volatility. Counter-developed existing styles improving quality and fit by overhauling fit philosophy and implementing 3D Design Studio capability. Refined outlet business and differentiated from Mainline and Core. Improving material selections to improve quality while maintaining rigorously enforced Tapestry enforced margins and protocols-goals, as well as assortment & material planning. Increased sales, reduced returns by massively improving fit standards and return rate.
